Private Money Lender Program
Anyone can be a private money lender. It’s your money and you can decide how to make it work for you. Investor, hardworking individual, business professional or business owner, if you are tired of your money earning very little interest or actually losing value then this may be the program for you.
As a private money lender you will earn a set amount of interest for a predetermined period of time.
FOR EXAMPLE:
If you invested $250,000 with us and we were to pay you an 8% annual return, you would earn $20,000 at the end of a one-year term. In comparison, if you were making 0.5% with your money in the bank, your return on that same $250,000 would be $1,250 for a difference of $18,750. Realty Trust Acquisition Program
This program is designed for those that want an equity stake in a residential flip or new construction project. Each deal is analyzed and assessed based on the risk, scope of work, and the amount of money being invested. This program provides investors with the opportunity to invest with an added layer of protection and remain inconspicuous as a beneficiary of said trust. CONTRACTOR PROGRAM
If you are a licensed contractor with appropriate insurances in place... then this may be a program for you!
This program is for talented contractors that can renovate properties efficiently, on time and on budget. Gregory Investment Group, LLC would contract you as the contractor and if you were interested in moving forward we would purchase the property and let you run the project and the day to day to operations until the property was complete and ready to be sold. Usually, the contractor would be responsible for the renovation budget in its entirety. The contractor would get a percentage of the profit made on the property after its sold. This program can also be designed to meet the needs of the contractor that we would work in conjunction with.
